Chiropractic care focuses on improving how your body moves and functions by restoring proper joint motion, especially in the spine. Gentle, targeted adjustments help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support your nervous system so your body can heal and perform at its best. Dr. Bryce has expertise in Diversified Technique, but extensive training in Thompson and Activator techniques as well.
Dr. Bryce is certified in Dry needling, a precise treatment that targets tight or painful muscle knots, known as trigger points. By placing a thin needle into the muscle and applying light electrical impulses, it helps to re-facilitate the muscle, which releases tension, improves blood flow, and resets muscle function—often providing fast relief from pain and stiffness. This is an exceptional alternative when the nagging tightness won’t go away.
Soft tissue therapy addresses muscles, tendons, and connective tissue that may be tight, irritated, or overworked. Using hands-on techniques, it helps break up tension, improve circulation, and restore normal movement, allowing your body to move more freely and recover more efficiently. This can include active release, cupping, IASTM, or hands on trigger point therapy.
Dr. Bryce Mrakovich didn't take the typical road to chiropractic care, and that's exactly what makes him different.
A former collegiate lacrosse player and Jacksonville police officer, Dr. Bryce knows what it means to push your body to the limit. After battling injuries on the field, chiropractic care helped him recover and return to the game. That experience changed everything. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, with one clear mission: get to the root of your pain, not just cover it up.
Dr. Bryce has worked with professional athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday people who just want to move without pain. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic issue, or simply trying to stay active and feel your best, he's in your corner.
When he's not in the office, you'll find Dr. Bryce and his wife McKenna (and their dog Livvi) at the beach, out fishing, or getting competitive over a board game. They're also proud members of Eleven22 and would love to say hello if you see them on a Sunday!
